Hi Guys, tried to post this a week or so ago to no avail. DVLA currently have an online auction of registration numbers. I spotted a couple of numbers which may be of interest to fellow mog owners:
MOR 34N which has a reserve of £350 and
V 31 GHT. ( V 31GHT) which has a reserve of £250
Auction finishes Wednesday, sorry I can't post a link but I'm sure you'll find if interested!

Yes finishes today prices have gone up by quite a lot now.

Yes finishes today prices have gone up by quite a lot now. MOR 34N is sitting at £1,360, which with fees is circa £1,800. V31 GHT is sitting at £600, which is closer to £900 once fees are factored in. On top of the price shown, the buyer pays: "The sale price (also called the 'Hammer Price') is subject to VAT, the Auctioneer's Buyer's Premium of 8% (minimum £40 for an Online Timed Auction) + VAT together with the £80 Assignment Fee. "

I would of seen better value if the plates had been MOR 64N V81 GHT however since we had the clamp down on the spacing of the digits for the  and now you can even be fined for the incorrect fitting of the fixing bolts i dont see any value at all, hence why i feel my S2 DRR = 52 DRR became valueless Nothing like the real thing 33 MAX

MOR 64N is already on a Morgan I believe  V31 GHT - well turn the 3 around and you get a signaller's E. Common useage in passwords, use a digit where there would have been a similar shaped letter...  Cheers,

MOR64N was originally on a motorbike. I made an offer on it through a broker who located the owner but they wanted £25,000 for it. I went back to the broker a little while ago and was told the owner had decided no to sell.
Not sure of the current position with it.
I have MOR664N and an 03MOG plate just in case a 3 wheeler materialises 😄
