Talk Morgan Forums Thread Like Summary - Drip through hood seam.

In recent very heavy rain and travelling at slow speed I had an annoying drip coming through the seam in the mohair Easy Up hood. It was dripping on the back of my head or to the left or right depending on the cornering forces. It stopped as soon as I got some straight road and was able to go faster.

I don't want to use wax or anything else that may accumulate dirt so I was thinking about some sort of waterproofing spray for material.

Any ideas anyone?

Good call on that latter point Graham. I made the mistake of taking my mohair hood down shortly after washing car once. It was a pig to errect later due to shrinkage. I now leave hood up to dry out overnight before taking down.
