I wish everyone here at Talk Morgan a very merry and joyful Christmas. For us it starts tomorrow afternoon. As far as I know there are first preparations in the UK as well but the presents will be given on December 25th. So, have a wonderful time everyone!
PS The New Year's greetings will definitely come in due course.

Yes Merry Xmas all. I do the cooking so the chef will be busy but there is ale & wine in the larder.

We have a very low-key Christmas (just a long-standing trek across the moss to our pals for supper) .... have just fed the horses and stood admiring the sunset ... very mild here and looking at sunny and 13° here tomorrow! ... we'll be taking a walk up Mormond Hill to work up an appetite ... that's as close to a Christmas Tradition as we get ... we've had years when the stupidly little hill has been thigh-deep in snow and needed crampons in places ... this year will be a t-shirt and sun-hat 😄

We will some day, we went to the Royal Albert Hall and watched the Royal Marine Band concert a couple of years back and it is an amazing space and the Marines were exceptional musicians.

Never cheap a London village visit but the Union Jack Club helps and very central . You can reserve parking (cheap) in their basement too, An ex Gurkha on 24 hr duty down there so I slipped him a tenner when I took the Morgan up one time.

Ps KLM are starting a daily service Exeter to Schiphol come March so no more long drag up to the smoke for International flights - perfect.
