I'd be interested to know what the average staff retention (in years) is at MMC, in particular within the production and service side, because there are certainly quite a few craftspeople who have been there for many, many years.

I recall being in Belgium with Steve Morris over a decade ago and meeting a local owner; when we looked at the bonnet on the Morgan, it had Steve's clock number stamped into it. We worked out that he had made the bonnet about 30 years previously (I may be aging him a little, so if he reads this, my apologies if I added 5+ years! laugh2 but I believe he made the bonnet in his teens when working in the trim shop).
