So I'm new to the world of Morgan ownership, but have been brought up and raised with endless stories relating to the three wheelers of my Dads times. (Dad was a race mechanic with HWM racing on the early 1950's then a works mechanic with AJS IOM TT winning team in 1953/4 so racing cars and bikes was always the prime topic.)

So I've just bought an M3W or 5 speed as referred to by some and have been actively seeking info on these since conception.

I first wanted a JZR FX Harley mix when one raised its head on Auto-trader some 12 years ago - looked into it then it disappeared from radar only to reappear under the guise of the Liberty Ace in Seattle. Once again I looked into the possibility of purchase only to realise it ain't gonna happen.

Then the miracle! - 2011 & Morgan decide to go into production - I looked again at the liberty site in the states to read 'under licence from Morgan'
What's this I wondered? so now we discover the M3W and what a stunner!

I now start looking actively, & lo & behold on eBay one pops up with all mod cos and extras fitted including chrome rims & stainless wire wheels. I'm absolutely smitten!
So I watch the car only to see it disappear before my eyes in a period of indecision (Should I, Shan't I?)

5 months pass by and suddenly my car, my M3W reappears back on the bay!
A couple of calls a deposit paid, some more discussion and she's mine - we were always destined to be together

To date we've been to Brooklands to introduce MOGster to her lineage & we've had a real Fangio moment at the Thrill up the Hill - Fabulous! Plus we're displaying with the Royal British Legion at This years up coming Yeovilton Air-day in a couple of weeks time. Fantastic.

We're based in Berkshire so welcome any local meetings, gatherings & drives - just get in touch - I've already made friends via this excellent forum

Welcome to the fold, I've had "real" vintage 3W's but last one was a repro JZR.
Now due to circumstances I've gone to 4W Morgan but hey
It's a Morgan and you will love yours.
Post some pictures of your beast here

Well Done
