I went along to the Open Day held at Allon White's dealership in Cranfield, near Milton Keynes on Saturday 5th July. The hosts did a marvellous job, with a BBQ and drinks at lunchtime, and the weather was kind to us all by remaining dry.

It was a brilliant day, with loads and loads of private Morgans to look at, as well as those for sale at the dealership.

They had a couple of special attractions there to look at and sit in, which were amazing:
- a new 4/4 Sport
- an Aeromax

I took many photos of the cars and these can be seen here (including those taken by my son Chris):

I finalised my order for a Roadster, paying the deposit, but I still have to confirm the colour. All of the owners that I spoke to were so friendly and helpful, and being able to look at other cars helped tremendously on deciding on options, such as interior trim colour (Pale Magnolia), 3-eared spinners, and leather covered and padded side screens.

Did any of you out there attend with your cars? If so, say which pic is of your car!

Looks like a great turn-out.

I'm sure there were some members of TM there - I can see an Aero that looks very much like Matt C's or Colin's in picture P1030903. sherlock

Great to see your pics, looks like every variation of Mog was on display. Having just ordered a 44 sport was hoping to see 1 in your images. Did i miss it.

Roger,

Nice pics.

Did Allons have their new auto aero out for the day? It was at the factory the week before last ready for delivery.

No you didn't miss it - I did oops

It was grey, and I think it was parked in front of the white/ivory Morgan S15 LRJ in pic P7050020, and so may be one of the 2 cars just visible.

I was annoyed with myself when I reviewed my photos that I hadn't got any of it - plenty of the Aeromax.

They did have a new silver Aero 8 that was being used for test drives - see pic P1030982 by the wall.

Would this be the one?

CBZ 835...It's my Aero...
I wasn't there because my car was in for work with AW......so I didn't have my car to go with...bit of a paradox really eh!

Got it returned today :>)
