Recently when driving in the wet, I am getting significant water ingress along the bead on the sill. (Passenger side uk)The wet is inboard, but no sign of it coming from anywhere. If from the front of the door I can’t see how it would get inboard of the bead. Any suggestions? As I say this is a new leak after 10 years. (2011 4/4)

How is the big grommet on the firewall for the wiper drive shaft? Check the wiper bevel box seal. My 97 +4 would leak through the doors till I fitted a seal to which you refer.

If you have the top up it could be coming down from the stitching over the window flap.

Thanks for replies. Both suggestions seem ok. Still looking noticed today upper hinge was wet where it is screwed to the frame. Wondering if water is being driven into the back of the hinge. Seems dry around the door seal. Trouble is the Allen bolts just go round & round & do not want to come out. Is there anything behind them? Before I start tearing the carpet out or drilling.

There are nuts on the door frame inner edge, so assume same in body frame

I'm interested in this revelation. As a relative newcomer to Morgan ownership, details like "is this just screwed-in?" or "is there a captive/blind nut on the other side?" is really important for owner-maintenance. Thanks for the detail
