Great photos Oliver, is there any room for an airbox or filter for those webers ?

Stunning car - beautiful engine.... delicious.

No room for filters. The six "trumpets" could have a filter over the end (£36 each!)* but I haven't had any problems so far..
The 1st carb could only be fitted by cutting a "box" into the inside of the wing (tut-tut) but it was done very nicely.
The car could revert to twin SU's but since the whole car is modified anyway, it could never to be sold as "original".
Most XK enthusiasts agree that the standard XK120 is not exactly a fun car to drive (by modern standards) - especially the brakes and steering.

* Some gauze and jubilee clips would probably do the same thing..

Again Oliver, the engine is every bit as nice as the rest of the car, stunning.

I know I'm at risk of repeating myself too much, but definitely a keeper in my book.

If you do decide to sell it, can you give me a few years notice so that I can save up my pocket money...

and possibly put on the streets

so that I might be able to afford it.
