Very nice Kurt. If you want a bespoke photo as your avatar, you need to resize a photo to no more than 100 x100 pixels, save it to something like Photobucket as a JPEG. Then go into "my stuff" , edit profile and in the avatar picture area, paste the IMG URL from Photobucket.
