Superb!....monochromatic is good but I long to see evidence of green grass somewhere that isn't buried under 3 feet of snow!

I forgot to tell mog owners that at Lord Stokes cafe on top of the Cleveland hills between Chopgate and Carlton . The owner is building wooden cabins . Hard wood with decking looks like two beds and a cooker with a patio for the car , they are in the shape of a boat upside down and very well built .We had a look last year no one about at the time in their own private grounds with huge gate to lock . Any mog owner or group could book them for a cracking place to stay . Not far off the lakes , Northumberland , Yorkshire Dales . Down the road is the Black Bull, Thia owner does the best food around or the other way is the Stags Head all good food and the views from the top ( which you are on ) only the birds get a better one. Quiet roads that twist and turn for miles on your door step and the cowboy style Lord Stokes cafe ( High Chaparral )is open all day if you dont want to cook . Any group thinking of a week away may be worth a look. If you break down the village near Carlton has a classic car owner garage and he is good with mogs my late Scottish mate was harder to please than me and far more outspoken yet he said the man was brilliant.
