Simple Glove Box
Created a simple leather covered box with cup holder for top of transmission. Secured with straps to floor and a tie around the hand brake.

Hi All,
I bought one of these from fleabay- sorry, not sure how to attach a direct link, but google is your friend.

I simply cut a slot to fit over the handbrake, which manages to hold it in place. Gives a nice flat top tray and ample side pockets for wallet, phones etc.
Aussie/China prices about $10.00 + postage, ebay UK 90 pounds(??)
