Whilst I didn't own Stanley from new, I had the next best experience. 2 years ago I returned to the factory to have a new easy-up hood fitted. We had dropped the car off the previous evening.
On the day the hood was being replaced, we had a factory tour booked. We were with a varied tour group of about a dozen, of whom we were the only Morgan owners.
On reaching the Trim Shop, there was Stanley, sat in the bay being worked on and the tour guide stopped the group to watch.
Brilliant moment and very proud to be an owner.
