revised dash
while away from the car i took some time to update the dash . i fashoned a new center section with 60s jaguar switches and fitted smiths chrome bezels to the instruments the leather was from the original door panels .
much more retro and pleasing to my eye .

Love those Jaguar switches and how they give a satisfying 'clunk' makes you want to switch something on..

The proper Jag switches are great, but when I did my dash I made the mistake of buying modern Chinese Lucas equivalents. After the second switch fell apart before I even got it mounted in the dash panel I threw them away and went for a set of fancy alloy switches as used by Prodrive.

Nice job. If only the recent dashboards had the 2 large and 4 small dial layout.
