Where do Morgans go in the winter?

They go out and play, of course!

Respect a light weight high power rear wheel car on snow & ice.
You must enjoy power slides or skids.

I grew up in Finland smile

It was actually funny, on the motorway all the Dutch drivers were doing 30 mph, bumper to bumper, in the inner lane. while I was doing a very conservative and careful 60 mph in the totally empty outer lane smile

Julf
I've just watched the Top Gear article where Captian Slow went to Finland to go through a Finnish driving experience snow. Sounds like you're living proof their courses work! We could do with something similar over here.

Well, I was disappointed when the EU forced Finland to harmonize their driving test system. They used to have a 2-step thingie, where if you did your license in the summer, you had to go back and prove you could handle a car on ice as well before being granted a permanent license.

Oh, and you do learn a lot about driving if you play around on a track plowed on ice - if you get the turn wrong, you end up having to dig yourself out of a snowdrift!

In Singapore in 50's the test was simple - do a 3 point turn on a hill. drive
On each side there was a monsoon drain - if you got it wrong you failed the test and had to get your car recovered! sos
