My Morgan is currently the only car that works, (the Land Rover is still in bits), so it has been doing 250-500 miles a week since 1st June 2008. This week has been dominated by going to and from Boston, on roads that are definitely not the greatest in the UK.

I am appalled by the speed the front bumper has gone from shiny to rusty, it's 12 years old, (the last rebuild was 1996), and a repro Ford bit.

It's like an old lady with bad teeth.

Nice car though, nice to see it used rain or shine.

I've got to get that bumper sorted out now.

I'm hoping to get the car off the road for a few months so I can sort out the paint and trim issues that are now coming up. The last rebuild was 1996 and I have done over 60,000 miles since then.

Mechanically it's coping pretty well with the useage, (although I had an impromptue points gapping by eye in Asda carpark, Boston last week). It does get serviced regularly, so reliability is expected.

Good to see it is holding up so well.

I chickened out, washed and waxed a few days ago.
