MR2 Hill Climb car
First pic is at Wiscombe last year for those that do not know the car.
the next 3 are after me removing the dash and re-positioning the heater/vent controls for know.
Need to tidy up some wires and cover the heater controls with some black core.
NeilM is ordering some polycarbonate for the glass replacement, this will be tricky as have to heat bend the side windows. Thinking of removing the petrol tank and putting a small race one in the rear boot to save more weight. Also going to investigate the bumpers under the plastic cover, could be worth honeycomb drilling or removing if we feel brave enough to loose them altogether. I am going to hunt for some front GPS wings as well.

I personally think that even seats are overrated. Another 15 Kg to save?

At this rate all that will be left is a steering wheel and seat. Are you starting to panic yet Neil?

Please dont give him any more ideas. Oh I don't know Neil.....I was going to suggest he lightens himself by wearing Sue's lace underwear instead of his usual stuff

Will try and keep to the thread, but not always easy when others deviate I meant the MR2 on the track/course As for keeping threads on topic, as I have said before, you lot are like herding cats... I now work on the premise that as long as the original poster doesn't mind that the thread has deviated from topic, I don't try to corral the cats.
