Initially I asked them to fit an electric motor, but it was so quick I asked them to remove it. It could have been the first electric 3W...

And there's me thinking that you'd bought SP1 for your Grandson! wink

Just think, you could always take the rather nice decorative engine off and replace it with a hole and a brown shoe box at a later time

Could be, I will never sell it but you never know whether it will go down through the generations? coffee

A great gift for the nipper Aeroman - but should it not have a bubinga dash?
My grandson is 3 in Sept and I am making him a 1/3 scale model of my 4/4 - like you I wondered about an elecrtic motor - but decided that kids do not (on the whole) get enough exercise these days - so if he wants to move - he has to work for it.
I am attaching a bracket front and rear so before he can steer we can pull him along, when he can steer but not pedal we can push him along then when big enough he`s on his own.
Has a r.angle steel ladder chassis a fibreglass body and a sort of plywood frame for strength where needed.

Looks brilliant Brian.

Slightly off topic; do the factory build the lovely scale Morgans that feature at the Little Le Mans, at LMC?

Here is the link with the discussion on the childs Morgan 4/4 initially on facebook (difers from last post it's another producer). The last post on the thread tells you the producer, but it's not the MMC factory.
