Malvern Hills in October 2015
It was quite atmospheric on the hills yesterday. Misty at times, but as the sun went down and the shadows lengthened it was lovely.

The hat suits you Dave. Fantastic pictures and one of my favourite walks.

It's my summer (Tilley) hat Martin, I need a winter weight really, but it's a great hat. The hills are fantastic as you'll know.

Looks great - reminds me of weekends as a kid when we used to visit family friends (with a Morgan) from Rushwick.

It's my summer (Tilley) hat Martin, I need a winter weight really, I have both a summer Tilley and a woollen winter Tilley. The winter version has fold-away earflaps, and mine has a fold-away forehead flap (although as I wear it low on the brow I have never needed it). You can buy the winter Tilley here.

Just looked and thought it was Daves wife till I enlarged the photo . We have been ramblers for many years went up Roseberry topping on a wet day with the dog, heading down one foot slipped to the right the other the left almost split my bits and slid down the hill on my back . The dog in full chase and the family Bought new boots the next day. is talking Scottish Island next year has a fancy for the one cottage on Ulva and the island to ourselves what went wrong with the canal boat or has she a list .

Ulva (if you mean the one just off the coast of Mull) is a very special island.....my late wife and I spent a lot of good times walking on it....so it has a special place in my heart. I'll be envious!
