I like the look from the outside of newer 4 seaters with hood up - they look a bit like a chop-top custom car. But I imagine it's not such a good view from the inside as the older cars: my 1988 4 seater has sliding side screens for the rear that are nearly as large as the front side screens and there is a very slim "c pillar" of fabric between the side screen and the vinyl window. And with the hood up it's really quite airy and spacious inside (Not that that's likely to happen very often!)

But I will admit that I did have to have an early 4 seater with hood up as my computer wallpaper and screensaver for a while before buying so that I got used to the look! Quite like it now.

Thanks for the comments - especially the Panther DeVille one from Boshly ! I can definitely see that now. I know what you mean about the pre 2006 models as well BigDefNeil - we hired one for a few days a couple of years ago which reinforced or ambition to own one one day. The great thing about Morgans is whatever the model shape and colour they all look fantastic!

A very nice car. Be careful with jeans or strongly coloured T-shirts as the leather may take on colour. I know from experience.

Thanks Harald - I had noticed your car on the gallery as well and very nice indeed. Thanks also for the tip re trousers - I had noticed a bit of marking (which removes with a clean) from some dark trousers and that explains it. I will have to keep to brown trousers - hopefully not the result of scary driving ! (sorry to lower the tone)

To my eye it has a hotrod look to it ~ which I like very much. The colour is spot on and the hood is a great match. Beautiful mog.
