Now with a comment like that you must expect to be chastised.
( I did, having said something similar on my first visit to China ). grin2
I love the colour. It is amazing how certain colours show the body lines at their best. Stunning. shades

If you are doing nothing, how do you know when you are finished?

Thanks for comments chaps. I specifically wanted a +8 Morgan which obviously denoted a second hand purchase and the inevitable associated compromises but the colour of this one was definitely the deciding factor. Its a Ford metallic Auralis Blue. Ideally I wanted a silver car but I'm equally happy with this colour. The only thing I'm not so keen on is the interior which is a yellow'ey cream colour. Would have preferred a darker colour myself. An in all really chuffed with it and I'm in danger of exceeding my 5000 mile annual insurance limit with six months still to go ! The tractor is a 1964 Massey Fergusson 130 and is for purely functional purposes.

smiffmog: re your first sentence, good man! thumbs

Seriously, it's a lovely looking car and the Plus 8 is an icon - no offence meant to other Morgan owners. smile

I love the tractor in the background, though to match the ancestry shouldn't the Mog really be a sixties Plus 4?

To get the +8 in and out of the field?? rofl

Seriously, it does look good in that colour. Thought it was silver thumbs with a blue tint, hence my question above.

Cheers,

Smiffmog,

noticed the 04 plate - it must be one of the last built. Is it an Anniversary? If so, dont park it near mine or I will swap your stainless steel wheels over with mine.

regards Tim
