Vehicle Lifts
This is what I use to lift our Mini Coopers and am hoping to be able to modify it to lift the M3W. It is an EZ Lift.

Could you do a picture of the standard lift without the car on it and the lift with the modified lifting supports need for the three wheeler again without the car on it. Next time I have it off the lift I will do that. The only modification is a piece of 3/8” x 5” x 1-3/4” 6061 aluminum channel with most of the legs cut off so it sit between the rails of the lift. You can see it in the second photo. I left the edges rough so it would not slide easily. You can basically see the lift here. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/08/30/IMG_5388.jpg)

Hello Stephen!
This is a fantastic device!
One question: when up in the air, do you have easy access to the bolts to move the pedals? Or are those hidden by the long plates?
My wife is "very concerned" that being shorter than me and the pedals not having an easy adjusting system I won't let her drive as often as she wants the 3 wheeler... We thought about a cushion similar to the one she used when we tested the car in Malvern, but the best thing would be in fact to move the pedals.
So a lifting device such as this one may be the easiest way to move the pedal box without crawling on the garaje floor!
Let me know please.

![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/09/13/IMG_5467.jpg) You can just get your hand in there, barely. An open end or-box wrench fits. It would be far easier to get to by putting the machine on jackstands.

Thank you Stephen!
Yes I believe there might be better options. However this is much better that just laying on the floor trying to work below the machine... Or maybe using wood blocks to rise more the 3 wheeler from the platform plates? Could also work I guess.
Regards

I totally agree, I can sit alongside and work on exhaust and lighting and can get completely under on a creeper to access the oil changes and I can drive over it and park on top of it.
I am working with the manufacturer on trying a modification his is considering to allow the three wheeler to sit squarely on the lift rather than have the cross bar I made. I will probably be able to test it next week if all goes as planned. I am currently working on a bevel box temperature gauge and the rear reflector lamp mods Goan led lamp. The lift gets a lot of use.
