Has a lot to Say!
A wet day out

My friend the celebrated motor racing photographer Jefff Bloxham asks: "Between two races, Spa and Nurburgring, I stayed in Geneva with a good friend Jad Sherif and on the way there over one of the high Swiss passes in the snow we overtook this topless Morgan ( I think 1983/4), anybody out there know who these intrepid pair are?"

Well, someone here may know...

Quite. I do not have to rebuild my 4/4, just reconnect the battery and hope that it starts on the first turn. I never wanted to live in what the Chinese, funnily enough, call "interesting times".

Sorry, you have lost me there. What is the point you are trying to make?

Thanks to Michele of Cranmog, I am informed that the intrepid owner was Graham Evans. I have put him and Jeff Bloxham in touch with each other.

I prefer the original photo at an angle. That way you really do get the impression of someone leaning out of a car window to get the shot. It adds the POV effect to the photo.

I must say it doesn't look as though it is on a pass though, it looks more like a plain.

I think it may be in the Jura, which has a wide variety of landscapes. I passed that way from Blighty to Geneva many times.
