I've decided that my fretting about it won't make it happen any sooner.....I was thinking having it by Spring would be nice...could do some trips....have moved that to Summer....
The latest is that the Department of Licensing (DOL) in Pennsylvania is not open so the car cannot be inspected, titled, and licensed. I guess the upside it that given the time of year, the idea of driving in back (to WA) from PA is starting to appeal. About 3,000 miles, and if I can find a route that avoids the Interstate Highway system it might be fun.
