It was very much tongue in cheek John as in my formative years we lived in the sticks and in the capture area for Cantley sugar beet factory so got used to crap all over the road in season Nothing has changed here in the South Hams - it's just not root crops in general but ovine, bovine and equine outputs make up for it.
