If you are going to be a year round user, I guess you'll also need to include the sheepskin flying jacket, hat and goggles in the order.... to help stave off the cold on those glorious blue sky winter days in Vienna. I recall -10C to -12C was not altogether unknown
If you experienced such a day in Vienna you are a lucky one! In the winter period we often have high fog and sometimes there is no sun visible for weeks. But if you leave the Vienna area (which is at approx. 180 m above MSL) and get to higher areas the chances are quite good to catch some sunlight and blue sky.
In winter - even when the roads are dry (which is not very often the case) - you have dust of de-icing salt. I can imagine this might harm the car. So I'm not sure whether it is advisable to drive a Morgan in winter in Austria.
