Bristol to me are a bit like a Harley a tractorlike wagon compared to the Italian imaginative exotica Ferrari Ducati etc.
Surely an AeroMax is the answer - style and grace without look at me.
Its not a fair comparison surely. It's the old apples and oranges story. I'm not a huge fan of the 'Max for reasons which have been well documented on this site but nevertheless. I appreciate its good points.
The Bristol, on the other hand, has everything the 'Max has plus more in many ways. Just to pick out one point, I doubt you'll find car which is less "look at me" than the Bris

Ps I've had three Dukes and while they sound like the DBs, they are fairly crude in many ways so I really don't think adding them to the comparison adds an awful lot
Again, it's all personal opinion, innit?
