Technically, no, bench seats were replaced by individual seats in 1975. Something to do with changing legislation?
However, I have a 1976, which has a bench seat... Car was built in '76, so it's either a 'we have these parts left' issue, or was ordered like that - not stated on the build record...
Interesting - ours are days appart and mine does not have the bench seats.
It was legislation - I think I read that in John Worrels book...
