I purchased a M3W in grey with red strip, red leather trim and no bright pack in May and have completed in excess of 4000 miles. We have enjoyed several holiday trips within the UK with my wife touring, Wales, Lake District, Devon & Cornwall plus local days out.
I am a motorcyclist so we have all the wet weather gear and have opted to wear Premier Vintage Helmets with built in visors this provides some added safety, weather & eye protection.
I have done a few modifications as follows:
Flap fitted tho help protect the seat belt mechanism from the wet & dirt, without this you finish up with very dirty clothing.
Fitted screw inserts so rear load cover can be secured with metal thread screws. To clean the car properly you do need to remove the load cover. The wood screws do not work after being used once or twice.
I have a tubular motorcycle tax disc holder fitted to the front suspension with a plastic cable securing clip, which I think makes for a neat solution.
Simmonds steering wheel fitted.
Waterproof bag used to store tonneau cover and secure it to a Morgan rear rack.
Leather toolbox made to my design colour matched to the interior colour, this makes excellent use of the space under the bonnet. If anyone is interested I can supply details of the lady who made it.
Morgan tool kit secured under dash board with velcro straps.
Drivers front foot mat secured with velcro to avoid it interfering with pedals.
Dzus fasteners on bonnet modified by removing securing ring & washer. Sticking self adhesive foam on the inside of the bonnet, pierce the foam to allow Dzus fastener to pass through. The foam still secures the pin but it makes it much easier to remove and refit the bonnet.
On our last trip I did have front wheel puncture which turned out to be bit of a saga so if you our doing any longer distance trips I strongly recommend you carry a spare inner tube. These are supplied to Morgan to their spec by Blockley Tyres

I have an on going electric problem a 7.5 amp fuse blow in the lake district which killed all the dash board so the car would not start. Once replaced I realised the flasher unit was not working so the indicators did not flash I managed to replace this. However, it has now started blowing a 5 amp fuse which kills the rev counter, fuel gauge & indicators. As yet I have not found the fault.
My dealer Williams have submitted a number of queries to MMC including noisy drive train and I await their response.
