A little bit of me is slightly cheered by this. Years of hearing how Norway hadn't p*ssed it's North sea oil legacy up against the wall, but had invested it it in a sovereign wealth fund & so everything is hunky dory were starting to grate slightly; however it appears that it isn't Nirvana after all....
