Graham,You could have been right as now been adjusted. It was "biting" about 1/2" off the floor. Now bites about 1 1/4" and the gear change is better and a lot quicker especially at high rpm 6000+
But on full travel clutch to floor I now get a bus when a gear is engaged. No buzz if in neutral. (should I be worried?)
TBH my garage had quite a job getting any adjustment out of it. Do all 4/4 clutches with the ford gear box. 9/2011 Car have such a low (near the floor) engagement.
Does not seem right somehow, but having found that the Hard Top Hood fasteners have different threads left & right I guess anything is possible for a Morgan.
