Because the bonnet strap was fitted by the factory, it is the factory that omit the louvres, not deliberate on my part. In fact I didn't realise that I would be forever committed to the strap because of the louvres....
That is the first time i have ever noticed this feature. I will now always check other Bonnet Strap users for Factory or Retro Fitted straps.
