Hi Jeff - I know what you mean about the standard cowl. It's bad enough with a standard wheel, but looks especially awful if you have a nice Mota Lita or similar wheel.

In Europe a German company - MK Holztechnik - make a stainless steel replacement cowl, and can even make matching wiper/indicator stalks.

The cowl is straightforward (MK simply ship it to you) but the indicator stalks are more complex as they work on an exchange basis with the OEM parts.
