Don't think holes suit and vintage one, two speeders like mine have three spokes.

Only issue I can see is how much vibration is there? Were I choosing a non original wheel for mine, I'd be going for a soft rim, ie leather covered, but other than early cars (which are 135 degrees), 2 and 3 speeders are 270 degrees lock to lock so are rather sharp on steering wheel feel.
