Oh yes- I almost forgot.
I changed the mirrors over to the raydot mirrors from SVCC and they are nice but totally useless for rearward visibility. I was worried the stock mirrors with tier long stalks would eventually fatigue the alum body and produce cracks but I may swith back..any thoughts from the forum?
My helmet is a davida 50's racing style and I LOVE it. My goggles are made by jeantet also perfect for that vintage look and very functional. I use them to fly old biplanes and they are super. I think it suits the car very well and it is very comfortable with the leather ear covers. THe bevel box is noisy over 50 mph in 5th it starts to whine LOUD. So on the highway for any distance earplugs are a must.
