As an update, these molds, jigs, etc. have been sold to an English engineer. I had been collaborating with several American car buffs to buy them, but we were outbid.
I may not have bought the company, but I did buy the last available kit from the German seller. Now that the kit has arrived I have been able to look at it closely, and compare it with my 1961 Plus Four. Although the Hunter is a clever and well-designed package, it is not equal to the Morgan in functionality and quality. (But is any car equal to a Morgan?)
