I hang a small "rechargeable" dehumidifier from the steering wheel and leave either the hood or tonneau in place. This draws the moisture out from the enclosed space. seems to work ok.
The dehumidifiers are plugged in to re-dry the silica gel inside - watch for colour changes back from brown to blue for fully dried out. They are small and compact - about 6" x 5" and come with a hook.
I have seen a "pillow" type sack that you dry back in the oven and then place inside the car, but will stick to my electric ones.
The make is
Wireless Mini Dehumidifier
