If it's a warranty job then I doubt anything other than an original type will be covered.
But the Mulfab unit has so many people loving it and given the costs of fitting are the same, a deal ought to be possible where you get a Mulfab one fitted and pay the difference in cost.
So ask your question of Mike, not the warranty company in the first instance.
