They do alloy welding at the factory and pretty well too. The bonnet scoop on the SuperSports/Baby Doll is welded into the bonnet and thats a very neat job.

It's not a big job at all.
Welding up a couple of small holes and then preparing and painting the panel will be quite straightforward.
A lot of welds on this body and you can't see them.
Disappointing that they let the car go out like that in the first place though.
Good - so hopefully it won’t be a problem to rectify. But it is very disappointing that they let it go out like that - I really don’t know what they were thinking.
