I've seen the SGT car and it looks fantastic, if I was in the market for a series 3 then I'd seriously consider putting my money there. Nothing do do with miles, just looks in good nick and nice colour.
HAving bought 4 Aeros now (ok Brians bought more than me, but few others have!) I say buy Aeros on condition not mileage. The mileage is completely irrelevant on these cars, you can have a 500 mile dog or a 50k mile gem, and I've seen both in my time!
