Mobil Norway advise Mobil 1 New Life 0W/40
The first number is the thickness at low tempretures so as it gets very cold in Norway you would use a 0W as that is the best at low temps.
Because you are using a wide viscosity oil then that pushes you to a good high quality and expensive synthetic as that stops the 40 side shearing down.
The cheaper semi synthetics are streched to do a 0W/40.
