I have Yokohamas on the Plus8.
Fairly "sticky" in the dry but , like any Plus8 the wet is a different matter when "pressing on"!
Glad you enjoyed the Black Mountain road too!
If I am travelling close to it them I often detour onto it.
How much traffic was on there?
Usually busy on a dry Sunday.
