I think it is unlikely to be the O2 sensor because there is one on each side and the error is showing on both sides. Unless the car has been assembeld with a faulty batch of catalysers or sonda lambda sensors.

It is possible that the ECU fitted is wrong or has the wrong program. There was a delay in shipping the first 3.7 Roadsters because the wrong ECUs had been supplied, there is a thread on this somewhere. This should, however, be easy to check.
