"We mix these paints in one single bottle and they are a successful match in the majority of instances" I can't believe I am reading this, it is impossible to apply this 3 stage paint in this way, these people should be advising you correctly, the correct way is to apply the product from a Gun, it is impossible to obtain a match by touching in on these type of colours
The pearl - Xirallic or Silvers have to be applied in a set way, control of gun and Air pressure can change the effect
and shade of the colour, wiping it on with a small brush will IMHO achieve a worse result than the initial scratch.
Solid colours such as REDS WHITES BLUES BLACKS can effectively be touched in.
I would like to take the product back to these people who take your money and challenge them to apply it with a good result
