CBY, there is no 'std stroke' for bump/compression, nearly all models are different depending on the precompression of the rebound spring at static ride height. However the bump travel has been increased over current production with the SUPLEX system to make the most of the available tyre envelope.
It is also a difficult question to answer as the compression of the bump stop of the damper is also part of the usable bump travel. Sorry if this seems to be avoiding the question but there is no one answer.
There are indeed less coils in the SUPLEX main spring, it is made of higher grade steel and so is lighter than the production main springs. Regards PJB.
