Well done JTL.
I found that once they started working they then realised all the things they wanted but still couldnt afford and so still came to see dad.
Next moves will be moving out for a while, then back home to "save money" (go figure). I suggest you invest in a towball and trailer now, it will save you a fortune in removal trucks. Any garage space you thought you had will now become a storage unit for their furniture.
Then comes the grandkids
