Normally yes. But they do occasionally have a mind of their own. I once couldn't get Tinkerbelle to start when at a PI in W. Sussex. engine truned over fine, but no fire. Before I flattened the battery, I switched the immobiliser on for 1 minute, then off again. Result, instant start up. So it is possible the immobiliser is causing you problems JP (nearly typed 'Eric'
