Not that simple.
ACU won't touch it for races cos engine is too big.
MSA (the four wheeler competition lot) won't touch it at all as it's a three wheeler and post 1934 (earlier three wheelers can compete).

And if you say, I'll just form a new racing body, apart from legal problems, insurance etc, any drivers who sign up for a non authorised racing organisation risk having any MSA or ACU licence voided.

Not saying it's possible, but the sensible course of action is to work on a compromise with the ACU.

ACU - Auto Cycle Union. All motorcycles and three wheelers.
MSA - Motor Sports Association. All cars and pre 34 three wheeled cars. The three wheeler admission is I think a concession and cars and clothing to ACU specifications are acceptable - ie leathers, not firepoof overalls.
