I've never heard that before Barry but I believe the reason that Morgan is looking at using magnesium alloy is partly down to some large subsidies from the Government as magnesium as a mineral is far more abundant than aluminium and the processing of it is greener. I applauded MMC for getting involved, the fire hazard of magnesium alloy is rather overrated.
Interesting,I remember from schooldays and just checked on the interweb that aluminium is the most abundant metal in the earths crust.
