Congrats on the S1, it sounds fantastic. Viper on these pages is also the proud woner of a yellow RHD S1
Have to see two lined up together in yellow at some point!
For the slide show, you could use powerpoint, though windows (XP / Vista) will do a slide show for you from the controls on a folder in explorer - so no effort at all!
No idea on the LHD build numbers, but I'm sure one of the other Aero owners will have a better idea.
