Blake, I hate to impose on you considering all the great info you've already provided this forum
, but do you have any pics (or even just a description)of the areas that are corroding? I'm thinking I'll try to paint these areas as soon as I get my car, as the humid conditions in Houston are notorius for causing early surface rust on unpainted metal. I have tools in my garage that rust up pretty quickly just sitting around if I don't oil them.
Probably alot easier than letting them corrode and then dealing with the problem...
